Wonderful

I got into comments on some blogs recently over the Alito confirmation. One of the memes that some of the commenters were leaving were snarky things like "Glad you're ok with strip searching children". That was in reference to a case Alito had ruled on.

Well, I guess maybe it is ok to search children....

Omaha police have arrested an 11-year-old boy as a robbery suspect. The boy,
already sought on suspicion of burglary, and a 15-year-old companion were armed
with BB guns.
