Despite the fact that her conviction was overturned, which is why she is pleading again. The conviction was overturned due to some creative, completely fictional testimony from the prosecution.

And Reuters is the outfit that refuses to use the word "terrorist"? How about when they kill children?

(Disclaimer: I am well aware that she actually did it and her lawyers were trying to get her an insanity plea. It's just the irony.)
